Representatives from the Capital Markets and the Investment Banking Divisions will be hosting a panel and networking function exploring career opportunities for Women in the Investment Banking industry. (Lehman Brothers is a bulge bracket bank truly concerned about 'women diversity'.)

Four representatives from Lehman Brothers offices in London and Madrid will host this networking event. It is a unique opportunity to discuss women's careers in banking, and to talk with some of the female professionals already working in the investment banking sector.

We will discuss issues such as:
- What is it like to work in the investment banking sector?
- Work/Life balance issues
- Opportunities for women executives
